Return Policy
Returns & Order Cancellations are not accepted, as all orders are custom to order. There are additional charges if anything needs to be resized after order begins production, or is received. If nothing is noted wrong with the piece within 48 hours of receiving, we are no longer obligated to flaws. Precious metal can scratch if not cared for properly. See care instructions under each product description. Thin bands and bangles are inherit to adjust in their shapes within time.
Terms of Service
Repairs: They are called staple pieces for a reason - you wear them everyday. After you have worn and loved on your jewelry, things happen. We are happy to repair the piece for an additional charge, plus shipping and handling. Email shelby@shelbymullins.com for more information.
Resizing: On most “to size” pieces, we are able to resize for an additional charge. Email shelby@shelbymullins.com for further information.

How do I begin a bespoke project? Please email shelby@shelbymullins.com to get started.
I do not see a piece I am interested online. Likely, you are looking at a past bespoke piece from our instagram. We can recreate a bespoke piece for you if it is not shown on our website. Please reach out to shelby@shelbymullins.com with a picture in reference, and we will be glad to quote this out for you.
When will my order ship? All collection pieces are made to order. Please note lead-times listed on each description. Under quality control circumstances, we may reach out to inform you additional time on your piece is needed.
How long does a bespoke piece or collection piece take to make? For our existing collection, please allow anywhere from 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece. Our collection pieces are made to order unless stock is otherwise noted. For bespoke design orders, please allow 6-12 weeks. For repairs, please allow 4 weeks, unless otherwise noted. If the repair needs a recreation — please allow standard lead times.
When my piece is ready, how does shipping work? We ship all pieces either Overnight or 2-Day Priority Fedex. A signature is required upon receipt, and we will touch base to schedule the best date of receipt, including AM or PM delivery. You must respond 24 hours to confirm prior to shipment, and shipments are only sent Monday-Friday.
